Bundeburg

Bundy seems to have a real surfit of beautiful old buildings. Why is it that modern architect can't seem to do anything half as good?

However this did really seem an oddity to me - it is a Catholic Church and whilst the paintwork does look white, on a closer inspection it definitely has a pink tinge to it. Don't think I've ever seen a painted church before and I've certainly never seen a pink one!
Bundeburg lies a fair few miles inland on the river Burnett. The river is really muddy, but even so it still is home to cattle egrets and spoonbills. Seems such a contrast of the brilliantly white birds and the dirty river.
This is Bundy's post office, how good is that? With all the money that is flowing into Queensland now from the mines, why aren't they building stuff this good!
